Primary Home Improvements sucked out all of the old insulation with a high powered machine and cleaned the attic before putting new insulation in. A homeowner in Amherst, OH was experiencing old, moldy insulation in his 1,128 square foot attic. This was causing high humidity levels and unregulated temperatures in the home. Primary Home Improvements extracted and blew-in all new cellulose. Tru-Soft cellulose is mold resistant and has a high R-Value per inch! 

This customer's attic had old, flattened cellulose that was causing drafts and humidity to effect the entire home. We fixed this issue by blowing in all new, better quality cellulose insulation at a higher R-Value! 

This customer's under-insulated attic was causing ice dams on the eaves and gutters of their home. We mitigated this issue by insulating the attic with R49 of TruSoft cellulose which will block outside air from coming in. Insulating the attic fully created a thermal barrier that will now stop heat from escaping, and will ultimately prevent ice dams from forming. 

This 980 square foot home was insulated completely with RetroFoam injection foam. No need to tear down walls! Best thing is, you couldn't even tell we were there!
