Our Story 

Primary Home Improvements was started in 2021 by Cleveland natives and high school sweethearts, Mike and Mary. Both being born and raised here in Northeast Ohio, they’ve seen firsthand what makes the area and people so special. They’ve built the company to reflect such important values: Honesty, hard work, and treating people like family.
